Where budget is an issue, it must be seen that modern bathroom suites can be allowed replacement only in places where it’s necessary. If bathroom taps are working in proper condition and dullness can be removed by polishing then taps must not be replaced. Leakage in taps can be repaired.
Whirlpool baths should be replaced only when if it is damaged or broken somewhere. The bathroom furniture can be removed if it is stained or damaged or broken. Opting for cheap but good quality furniture is advisable.
The toilets can be changed in case the toilet seats are broken; cistern has leakage, commode is damaged and water wastage has become a mess.
The stains and rust on kitchen sinks can be removed using anti-stain solutions. Faucets with controlled flow features should be used and leakage must be checked for quite often. Stainless steel sinks are advisable if owner does not want quick replacements.
If the owner feels tiling and flooring can take a lot of money then he should get only those tiles replaced which are damaged and rust marks cannot be removed.
